A postpartum doula provides evidence-based, compassionate support to parents and newborns during the fourth trimester. My goal is to ensure you feel rested, nourished, and confident in your parenting choices. Support includes overnight infant care so you can sleep, nutritious in-home meal preparation, baby care guidance, nursery organization, and gentle recovery assistance.
-
It is best to book your support during your second or third trimester to reserve your dates around your estimated due date. However, if your baby has already arrived, please reach out! I accommodate last-minute inquiries whenever calendar availability allows.
-
While a night nanny focuses exclusively on the infant, a postpartum doula takes care of the whole family. In addition to expert overnight infant care, I focus on maternal physical recovery, lactation and feeding support, partner integration, and overall family well-being.
-
Overnight shifts typically run for 8 hours (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM). During the night, I handle soothing, diapering, bottle feedings, and settling your baby back to sleep. If you are nursing, I bring baby to you for feeds and handle all the burping, diapering, and settling afterward so you can go right back to sleep.
-
Daytime support is tailored to what your home needs most that day. This often includes preparing nutrient-dense freezer or fresh meals, assisting with baby feeding and soothing, tidying up living spaces and nursery items, doing baby laundry, and giving you time to nap, shower, or rest.
-
Babies operate on their own schedule! When you book a package, I hold a flexible window of availability around your due date to ensure smooth coverage whenever your baby makes their appearance.

I provide in-home postpartum doula care, overnight infant support, and meal prep across the Conejo Valley and nearby communities, including but not limited to Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Calabasas, and Woodland Hills. If you live within 25 miles of Oak Park, CA, I can provide in-home care.
